Then you’re in the right place.

About Me
Hi, I’m Kat!
I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, and I work with adults who are anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or just feeling stuck. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, as well as people navigating anxiety, relationships, body image, trauma, identity, and all the complicated shit that comes with being a person.
Clients often come to me because they’re looking for a therapist who is laidback, warm, and highly competent, but who also feels like an actual human being. I believe therapy can be meaningful without being stiff or overly clinical, and I like creating a space where you can be honest, laugh, swear, and show up as your whole self.
We’ll work together to identify the beliefs and patterns that are keeping you frustrated or stuck, get clearer about what you actually want and need, and figure out what might be getting in the way of moving toward the life you want. I use a blend of talk therapy, somatic approaches, and other collaborative tools to help you reconnect with yourself, recognize unhelpful patterns, and make decisions that feel more in line with your values and who you actually are.
I work best with clients who are curious about themselves and willing to actively participate in the process. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. You just have to be willing to get a little curious, get a little uncomfortable, and maybe laugh at some of the weirdness along the way.
