About Me

Hi, I’m Kat! I’m a licensed, body-positive therapist with almost a decade of experience who specializes in helping anxious women in their 20’s and 30’s reconnect with their bodies, relationships, and desires. My ultimate hope is that through our work together, we’ll help you find your voice and learn to speak your truth, enabling you to experience deeper, richer, more intimate relationships in your life.

Clients come to me when they’re looking for a laidback yet highly competent professional who creates an atmosphere filled with fun, humor, and authentic connection. We’ll work together to identify the beliefs that are keeping you frustrated and stuck, and the current barriers in your life that are preventing you from moving forward in the way you truly want to. 

I use a blend of talk therapy, somatic experiencing, and coaching to help you tap into your inner wisdom and reconnect with your intuition. During our work together we’ll help you learn to recognize and disrupt unhelpful patterns, get clear on what you want and need, and start making decisions that feel more in line with your values and true self. I work best with clients who are enthusiastic about engaging in this process, looking for a casual atmosphere, and love to curse and share their dark and goofy sense of humor.

Services Offered

3 Simple Steps to Work with Me

  • Schedule your free 20 minute consult, and we’ll connect over phone or video chat. You’ll get to speak with me directly, get a feel for my vibe, and ask any questions you have. If we decide to move forward, we’ll wrap up the call by scheduling our first appointment and making sure you have the answers to any logistical questions (such as schedule, location, payment, etc.)

  • You’ll receive an email with paperwork you’ll need to fill out before our first appointment. This paperwork will also include a section where you can input your payment information, which will be stored on file moving forward.

  • We’ll meet for our first appointment. Your first appointment will be 90 minutes, and all following appointments will be 50 minutes. This is the point in the process where we’ll really start getting to know each other and doing the healing work.
